DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We will do our best. Please contact us before proceeding to checkout or adding anything to your basket.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

We don’t use a dedicated courier. Tracking info will be emailed to the email address that you supply us on your order once your package leaves our warehouse. Signature is required. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday excluding UK national holidays / bank holidays. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

1-2 working days (Excluding Holidays and Weekends) – once you have received your dispatch email notification. N.B. – For remote and small towns please allow 2/3 days e.g. International customers living outside of main cities. In this case you will be notified by our courier via email that your delivery is delayed. Orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 2pm are then dispatched for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm are dispatched that Friday for delivery on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday for next day delivery.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?

Yes someone will have to be at your address to sign for your package. Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times and leave you a calling card if you are not at your address when they attempt delivery. If in the event that your package comes back to us due to no one present at your address we will bill you the return to sender charge that we will have incurred on your behalf.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTY, TAX OR CHARGES?

Please make sure that you are aware of your country’s import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. HomeVUHD is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country’s national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country’s national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by HomeVUHD in any way.
